# VerityGold Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VerityGold

(the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. License

Your right to use the App is the license granted by Apple's

Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"),

incorporated by reference. These Terms add to — and do not

replace — the EULA.

## 2. Your data

The App stores your data on your device and, when you opt in,

in your Apple iCloud private database. We do not have access to

your data and cannot recover it for you.

## 3. Acceptable use

You may not:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as

  permitted by applicable law.

- Use the App to import data you do not have the legal right to

  process.

- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

## 4. Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, source code, and content,

is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY]. The EULA grants you a limited license

to use the App; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.

## 5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE

DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT

LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A

PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT

WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,

SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

## 7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of

the App after the Effective Date of an update constitutes

acceptance of the updated Terms.

## 8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without

regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
