Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective date: April 23, 2026 — Subhtill CRM.

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and the licensor of Subhtill CRM ("Subhtill", "the app"). By downloading or using Subhtill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Subhtill on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. This license does not allow you to use Subhtill on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make Subhtill available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Subhtill offers a free tier with feature limits and an optional Pro subscription available as a monthly, annual, or one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

  • A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers and automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

  • No refund is provided for the unused portion of any subscription period, except where required by law.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

Subhtill's AI features require your own API key from a supported provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) or use Apple Intelligence on-device. You are responsible for all charges incurred with third-party AI providers through your API keys. Subhtill has no control over pricing, availability, uptime, or content filtering policies of third-party providers.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Subhtill. The app stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups, including via iCloud if enabled.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Subhtill is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Subhtill is not intended to provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice; consult a qualified professional for such advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of Subhtill.

7. Apple's Role

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensor's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

If these Terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the "Effective date" will be updated.
