Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 23, 2026 — Subhtill CRM ("Subhtill", "the app", "we", "us").

Subhtill is a native CRM for solopreneurs. We designed it to be local-first: your business data lives on your device and in your iCloud account. This policy explains what is and isn't collected.

1. Data We Collect

We do not operate a backend server that stores your data. Subhtill does not collect, transmit to us, or store on our servers any of the following:

• Your client list, invoices, expenses, time entries, or any CRM content

• Your name, email address, or contact information

• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers

• Usage analytics or crash reports

2. Data Stored Locally

All CRM data (clients, gigs, invoices, expenses, content, chat history, time entries, brand voice settings, and API keys) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData and Keychain frameworks. You can delete all of it at any time by deleting the app.

3. Third-Party AI Providers (Bring Your Own Key)

Subhtill's AI agents use AI providers you choose and authenticate with your own API key. When you send a message to an agent, the message content is transmitted directly from your device to the AI provider you selected. Subhtill does not proxy, log, or intercept these requests.

• Apple Intelligence — runs on-device; governed by Apple's on-device privacy model

Each provider has its own data handling policy. You are responsible for reviewing the policy of whichever provider you choose. Subhtill stores your API keys in the iOS Keychain; we have no access to them.

4. Apple-Provided Services

Subhtill integrates with the following Apple services strictly for in-app functionality:

• EventKit (Calendar) — with your permission, to auto-log client meetings. Calendar data is read on-device only.

• Camera — with your permission, to scan receipts. Images are processed on-device with Apple's Vision framework and never leave your device except via features you explicitly invoke.

• User Notifications — local-only reminders for scheduled content and client follow-ups.

• StoreKit — for subscription purchases. Billing data is handled entirely by Apple.

• Spotlight — indexes your data locally so you can search from the system search bar. The index lives on your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Subhtill is designed for business use by adults and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL and the "Effective date" above will be updated.
