Mood Palette is designed with privacy as a core principle. All image processing happens entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or images to any external server.

1. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect or upload your photos

• We do not collect usage analytics or tracking data

• We do not use third-party analytics services

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers

• We do not use advertising or ad-tracking frameworks

2. Photo Library Access

Mood Palette requests access to your photo library solely to let you select images for color extraction. Selected images are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded, copied, or shared with anyone. You can revoke photo access at any time in your device Settings.

3. On-Device Processing

All color extraction and analysis is performed locally on your device using on-device algorithms. No image data leaves your device at any time.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Purchase validation is performed using Apple's StoreKit framework on your device.

5. Local Storage

The App stores minimal preferences on your device (such as subscription status and extraction count) using standard iOS storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App contains no user accounts, social features, or data collection mechanisms.

7. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks. The only external communication is with Apple's App Store for subscription management.
