Where does my data live?
All your CRM data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. Nothing is sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why do I need my own AI API key?
Subhtill is bring-your-own-key for AI features. This keeps your conversations private (they go directly to the provider you choose, not through us) and lets you use your own usage allowance. You can also use Apple Intelligence for free on supported devices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Subhtill, and choose Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Subhtill, go to Settings, tap Upgrade to Pro, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the paywall.
