All data you enter into mReflectAI — including mood entries, journal text, and app settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

AI Processing

mReflectAI uses Apple Foundation Models to generate personalized insights from your mood and journal data. This AI processing happens entirely on your device. No data is sent to external servers for AI analysis.

Biometric Authentication

The App offers an optional app lock feature using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode via Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We never access, store, or process your biometric information.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.

Third-Party Services

mReflectAI does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data. The App makes no network requests.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through Settings > Clear Data within the App. Uninstalling the App will also remove all stored data from your device.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the App collects no data from any user, no special provisions are necessary.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
