Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms                                                                                                            

  By downloading, installing, or using HomeZEN Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If   

  you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.      

  2. Description of the App                                                                                                         

  HomeZEN Tracker is a home management application for iOS that helps you track homes, assets, maintenance tasks, and warranties.   

  The App stores data locally on your device with optional iCloud sync.

  3. License                                                                                                                        

  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject  

  to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

  4. User Data                                                                                                                      

  You are responsible for the data you enter into the App. Data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your personal    

  iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or store your data on our servers.

  5. AI Assistant                                                                                                                   

  The AI maintenance assistant feature processes your queries through third-party AI services. While we use secure connections, you 

  should not share highly sensitive personal information through the AI chat. AI responses are informational and should not replace

  professional advice.                                                                                                              

  6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases                                                                                               

  HomeZEN Tracker offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock additional features.                                         

  - Pro Monthly: $4.99 per month                                                                                                    

  - Pro Yearly: $39.99 per year (save 33%)                  

  - Free Trial: Eligible users receive a 7-day free trial. If not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid 

  subscription.                                                                                                                     

  - Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends via Settings > [your   

  name] > Subscriptions.                                                                                                            

  - Family Sharing: Pro subscriptions can be shared with up to 5 family members.

  - Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.                                     

  7. No Warranty                                                                                                                    

  The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied       

  warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  8. Limitation of Liability                                                                                                        

  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of HomeZEN Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect,        

  incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

  9. Changes to These Terms                                                                                                         

  We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use 

  of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.   

  10. Governing Law                                                                                                                 

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to     

  conflict of law principles.
