# HomeZEN Tracker Privacy Policy

## Data Collection

HomeZEN Tracker collects and stores the following data locally on your device:

- Home addresses and property information you enter

- Asset details (appliances, systems, vehicles)

- Maintenance tasks and schedules

- Vendor/service provider contact information

- Documents and photos you attach

## iCloud Sync (Pro Feature)

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

## AI Assistant (Pro Feature)

When you use the AI assistant, your text messages and photos are sent to our secure API proxy for processing by Anthropic's Claude AI. We do not store your conversations or images beyond the duration of processing. No personal data from your home inventory is sent to the AI service unless you explicitly include it in your message.

## Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, we store your Apple user identifier locally on your device in the Keychain. Your name and email (if provided) are stored locally in UserDefaults. We do not transmit this information to any server.

## Analytics & Tracking

HomeZEN Tracker does not include any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks. We do not collect usage analytics.

## Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

1. Deleting individual items within the app

2. Using the Backup & Restore section to clear all data

3. Deleting the app from your device
